Dr. Rhonda Peters

Dr. Rhonda Peters, Principal of InterTran Energy Consulting, has supported the Interconnection and Transmission of over 40,000MW of utility-scale renewable energy projects across all US energy markets and regularly contributes to regional ISO/RTO interconnection and transmission related policymaking, as well as Federal Energy Regulatory Commission filings. She holds a Ph.D. in Energy Engineering, specialized in Renewable Energy, with a minor in Public Administration and Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Electrical Engineering. She is a Senior Member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers, and has held multiple IEEE officer positions, including founder/chair the Central Coast Chapter of the Power and Energy Society. InterTran Energy offers focused solutions in sustainable/renewable energy and energy efficiency in supplying our nations electrical, construction, utility, and infrastructure needs.
