I’m Dave Detary. I’m a retired IBM mainframe Sr. Programmer/Analyst, and longtime home-based business owner. I am a ‘one-man-band’ in that I have no employees. I am the webmaster, the sales guy, the computer geek, the accountant and the janitor. When you work with EtchTech, you’re working directly with me.
EtchTech has been doing Custom Glass Etching since 2006. Most of my work has been etching corporate logos on-site, without removing any glass and without making a mess!
Until recently, I have always been a ‘service only’ company to avoid the nightmare of Colorado Sales Tax collection and reporting. That all changed recently when I added an Epilog Laser System that allows me to create beautiful mirrored reverse etched and color filled images of corporate logos, tribute flags, or anything that makes my client happy. Personalizing restaurant and bar glassware is a growing part of EtchTech’s workload.
I have always provided all-inclusive pricing. When you receive your quote, that is the price you will pay. No additional or hidden fees, surcharges or costs.
Custom projects welcome. Nothing makes me happier than seeing the joy in my client’s eyes when they see their finished etching. That never gets old.
